TECHSEAL PU is single component polyurethane based elastomeric sealant which cures under the effect of atmospheric humidity. It is highly elastic, tear and weather resistant. Joints or fabrications formed with this sealant can be expected to extend and compress a total of (± 30%) of original joint dimensions.

ESSRBOND  GG 105 Is a Non sagging ,2 component ,chemical resistance elastomeric, Polysulphide joint sealant. ESSRBOND GG 105  is specifically designed to be used as a watertight seal for moderate movement and control joints. It is based on polysulphide polymer. After curing it form a tough, flexible and nonstaining rubber like seal. It has  excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, metal and resistant to many chemicals, shrinkage, aging, Thermal stress and the effects of outdoor exposure. ESSRBOND GG 105 is suitable for use in both  vertical and horizontal applications.
